Oilily Velvet Gathered Dress with Gypsy Girl Embroidery, Size 104/ 4T, Red

This dress is a beauty on its own. A piece of art! Pure cotton velvet in gorgeous red shade. It has a combination of hand embroidery, machine embroidery and appliqué techniques of a Gypsy Girl. She is wearing a head scarf over braided hair, golden hoop earrings, colorful bohemian embroidered clothing. Her skirt is detachable and held by 2 buttons. The dress itself is sleeveless and could be worn on its own, or with a cardigan over, or layered over a long sleeve top- depending on a weather. It has gathered detail at bottom, zip closure at back and it’s lined. Preowned- good condition. On the bottom It has some parts where velvet fibers are missing but that is not so noticeable because of the folds ( see pic). This dress is rare and could be collectible.
