Oiselle dress/tunic/layer

Oiselle button-down top. Wear as a dress, tunic, or extra layer. Understated and cute, with square buttons down front and two on each cuff. Cuffs are a little wider than usual. One chest pocket for something tiny. There’s no material tag, but polyester-spandex seems likely. I wash cold and line-dry like athletic wear. Measures 21 inches pit to pit and 37 inches neck to hem.
