sparkleigh Hi! i have never tried Oloplex shampoo or conditioner but i have on the hunt for a shampoo & conditioner that will heal my hair or at least help it do better! Is this good to help stop hair shedding? I think what i was using may have caused my hair shedding because it didnt used to shed at all!

dakolby @sparkleigh Olaplex is designed to keep your hair healthy, strong and prevent breakage and works wonderfully. It is not formulated to treat thinning hair so if that is your problem it may not help but it will definitely help with breakage.

sparkleigh Ok thank you!! My hair is more course than it used to be and even though it sheds some i do have a lot of hair. I do have some breakage so it may help with softening my & help it not to break. Wearing it up in a ponytail doesn't help. Sometimes i do use hot rollers but i rarely blow dry my hair to keep it healthier. The Olaplex might help in other ways. I am post menopause too and that's probably why my hair has changed some.
