Old ~ 9ct gold ~ Carved opal cameo ~ Diamond ~ rubies ~ cocktail ring ~ Stones are prong seton an raised frame ~ Very well made ring ~ There are total 4 small diamonds and 4 small faceted rubies (approx 2mm each ) . Dates early 20th century ~ Marked 9ct on backside Measurements : Ring can fit 6 - 6 1/2 ring size ~ Top is 1 1/8 inches in diameter x 3/4 inches above base ~ Opal itself is 7/8 inches x 5/8 inches wide x 1/8 inches in depth . Weighs 7.7 grams on my weighing scale . Condition: Overall in good estate condition with some age related wear ~ Can see hair line crack to the opal (itsall intact and not falling apart ) ~ minor surface wear to the metal ~ No repair or damage seen ~ No replaced stone ( pricing done accordingly , this type of ring sells around $1800 - $2000 or more ) .
