This reminds me of an old fashioned lace bed jacket. I have no information on this piece and there are no labels on the garment to give any clues. No signs of wear or tear. No size given - guess is medium/large Pit to pit: 22" Length: 26 1/2" (from back of neckline to longest point of black lace)
