Ruth’s Originals - St. Petersburg, Florida Gorgeous and Unique Old Hollywood and Victorian style Vintage handmade, crushed velvet suit with exquisite satin button detail down the back hem of the skirt. Very form fitting and specifically tailored to a smaller frame. Has some wear on the seams. I have taken pictures where the seams are fraying a bit or coming apart.
