Old Navy 2x black and white tie-front shift dress

Old Navy Plus size 2X black and white floral and dot print tie-front shift dress. 100% Rayon. Never worn, but hanging in my closet for awhile. No tags. Machine wash cold and line dry. Would be good for warm weather by itself or cold-weather layering piece.
