This pullover dress from Old Navy is black with an allover white floral pattern. It has short sleeves and a V-neckline with an elastic inset in the back. The dress is made of 100% rayon fabric and falls to knee length. The dress is new with tags and has never been worn.  It is size medium and measures 17 inches flat across the back below the sleeves and 14.5 inches at the waist. The total length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem is 37 inches
