Old Navy Black & White Puff-Sleeve Shirred Cotton Top with Open Back - NWT

This Old Navy black & white puff-sleeve shirred top has a lovely floral pattern. The cotton fabric is light and the shirred opening at the back makes it great on warmer days. Approximately 8” from bottom of the shirt the fabric flares out in a slight ruffle for a flattering finish.
