Old Navy Black and White Check Skirt

Dressy pencil skirt from Old Navy. Black and white check pattern. There are no flaws that I notice. The split in the back has been sewn up. Waist measures 16” flat, but is elastic so it does have some stretch. Hips measure 18.5” flat. Length is 27”.
