Old Navy Blouse - country chic!

Green and white/cream Old Navy blouse. Size XS. Little v neck detail with 2 buttons. Small swatch of smocking at each shoulder. Wrist has a nice hem. 100% rayonviscose - which is the softer cousin of rayon. Worn only once. I could imagine Joanna Gaines wearing this shirt.
