This is a blue, floral patterned “Fit and Flare Cami Mini Dress” from Old Navy that was purchased at their outlet store, end of season. The dress is brand new and has not been worn since purchased. The top is fitted with a runched back and has non-removable skinny straps that are adjustable. The skirt is full and flowy and hits between the knee and mid-thigh (depending on your height) A great mini dress for the summer or heat prone areas as it is lightweight.
