Old Navy, Chambray Smocked-top Midi Length Dress. Never worn.

Super soft chambray, denim blue dress. With long balloon sleeves, smocked top, and keyhole back closure. Slightly pleated with a ruffle hem. No tags but brand new/never worn. Would be so cute with a brown leather belt and cowgirl boots.
