🔴 Old Navy Dress w/Black Velvet Detailing

Lightweight, pretty black and white forest motif print dress features velvet detailing, a tie front neckline, and gathered sleeves. This dress is brand new with the original sales tag still attached, but there doesn’t appear to be a care tag. The dress seems to be made of rayon with velvet-like detailing on the front.
