Old Navy Fit & Flare Dress with Adjustable Spaghetti Straps & V-Neck

Brand: Old Navy Color: Dark navy blue with small white diamond shapes Size: Large (runs a little small) Measurements: 16" pit-to-pit (shirred back allows stretch in chest area), 13" across waist Features: Adjustable spaghetti straps, zipper closure down side, and shirred back Condition: Like new! I purchased from a local thrifty boutique and never wore. In my opinion, the waist is too tight on me (for reference I have a 30" waist)
