Old Navy smocked waist-defined brown floral midi dress. Elastic round neckline with cute keyhole and self tie. Cap sleeves with elastic. Bottom flounce. Pullover styling, unlined. Super cute and very flattering. I wore this once and it has sat in my closet. Time to rotate out. No flaws whatsoever.
