@cgadbury1 hi! I don't think so. I never wore it but I don't recall it being see-through when I tried it on. I will see if I can get a picture in natural light and/or put something dark under it and see if it shows through.
It is a lightweight knit, so some people might would want a slip if they were concerned over undergarment lines showing, but due to the cut I don't think that would be a huge concern.
