Old navy blue/gray & white sailor striped midi dress with ruffled straps. Size medium. Needs to be ironed. Sorry for the wrinkly pictures! Ruffle straps are adjustable with a button & can be worn on or off the shoulders. Elastic back keeps the bust of the dress up regardless. Elastic waist line. Lining under skirt ensuring modesty. Great length for work if worn with a jacket. Cotton material. Machine washable. Used but in good condition. Willing to take best offer.
