Old Navy Off-White/Cream Bird Pleated Chiffon Mini Skirt This skirt is lightweight and great for both summer and fall. Women’s XS Measurements: Waist (flat)- 14 1/4 in. Length- 17 in. Has an elastic band in the back. This is also available in a navy variation. Note: This has a few snags (pictured above) but aren’t super noticeable. I didn’t even see them until I was looking for them.
