Size Large Old Navy floral pleasant blouse. Never worn or washed! The cutest floral print + tassels! I love the rounded smocked neck. Perfect for fall. Bought to be oversized but just too oversized on me (normally a s/m in tops). 23” bust and 23” length. So cute and flattering!
