Old Navy Purple and Blue Floral Dress has Sophia Loren vibe

Great floral dress for late summer/fall. Pulls over the head and the smocked elastic waist gives a very feminine silhouette. Elastic at the neck and cap sleeves. The top has a Sophia Loren in Houseboat feel. Can be worn off the shoulder or on. Worn twice, but has never been in the dryer, which might shrink it up a bit. Smoke free home
