Old Navy Red Bell Sleeve Smocked Red Top size XS

Bell 3/4 sleeve red top from Old Navy with silver smocked detailing. This is an XS but appears oversized, as I usually wear M to L and this fits. Shirt is just slightly short - would fit best on a shorter torso. Smoke free. 17” sleeve, 16” pit to pit, 23” length.
