It’s more fitted...definitely not oversized. According to Old Navy’s size chart, size S is 4 -6, it seems true to that and isn’t made to be roomy. I was able to wear a shirt and a hoodie under and button it up, but that fit was snug. Over just a shirt, it fit better.
