Old Navy Skirt Floral Wide Waist Band Navy Medium

This is a pre owned gently used Old Navy Skirt. Floral with navy background and very bright colors of floral blue, orange red pink, navy and white. This skirt has a 1 3/4 navy blue elastic waistband. The waistband has a SMALL PICK near the side seam. Looks like a pin pick. The hem has a decorative stitch as well as the sides.
