This is an Old Navy Smocked Waist floral Maxi Dress that is a size Medium/Petite. It is 53% Cotton and 47% Viscose. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-17.5" and the length is 49". It is very full at the bottom. In good condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement. This is for both our benefits so there will be no hassle of returns for not fitting. Thank you in advance.
