Old Navy Summer Dress

Old navy black and white summer dress. Adjustable straps. Flowy at the bottom. Fits well around chest due to the elastic strap at the back. The hidden smooth chain is on the left side. Measurements are shown in the pictures. Great to pair with a denim jacket. I am 5’4” and it fits me an inch above my knees. Never worn!
