New without tags. Tried on and never worn.A great Thermal or sweater, depending on terminology, although it is a thermal. Old Navy quality and the super thick embroidered patches that don the front. Great to rep Tribeca, Home of the Tribeca Film Festival yearly and much industrial history. Or just a cool fashion statement.
