This is a 100% soft cotton, white & cream dress—with buttons, light stripes, pockets, and a belt. This is perfect for summer! Wear as a dress with sandals or unbutton all the way and wear with jeans. Fully lined. The belt loops are removed but I still have the belt. Easily can still use it!
