Old Navy blue and white striped dress

this is the perfect casual dress. new with tags. it's a heavier weight cotton spandex mix. machine wash and dry I love that the stripes match up. really nice quality and detail. dress is an extra small and measures 34 in from shoulder. I am 5'3 and it just covers my knees. 3/4 length sleeves
