Old Navy blue and white striped dress

This is a blue and white striped dress by Old Navy. I only wore it once to a wedding. It's very lightweight. The sleeves are long but are cinched at the ends. Is it a bit flowy but not much stretch. I added a pic of me wearing it for reference 🤍
