This dress has a stretchy back panel and a side zip. The straps are adjustable. Washed on cold and hung to dry always. Summer 2016. The pattern is actually little stars, you can see it best in the pic showing the zipper. Waist 15.5" Armpit to armpit 18" Armpit to hem 27.5"
