Old Navy polkadot fit and flare dress

NWT Navy blue Old Navy Fit and Flare dress with white polka dots, adjustable spaghetti straps, and a smocked panel the back. It has a zipper down the side, a slight sweet heart neckline, and a square back. This dress is the same cut and style of the fit and flare dresses still being sold, however, the polka dot print is no longer available. I’m 5”9 and this dress hits me above the knee. The smocked panel in the back adds flexibility to the fit in the bust, however, the waist does not stretch
