Old Navy size small zip up strap dress. Size S

Light blue Not lined Lightweight Size small Old Navy In this picture I layered it will short sleeve top. Zips on the side. As pictured few stitches undone right beside zipper. Is not a hole. Can’t see it but is any easy fix if you can hand sew. :)
