Old Navy strapless maxi dress

Very beautiful blue and white floral print strapless dress 😍💙👗 I have been holding onto this for years because I love the print but hate wearing strapless bras/can never find the right fix for under strapless pieces! No stains, rips, very good condition. I’m 5’2” and this dress falls just below my ankles. -approx 40 inches from under bust to hem -approx 11 inches band under bust -elastic band on top -lined about 3/4 way to bottom *cut out what the fabric is (last pic :-/) but very light weight- I would say some kind of cotton, does not have any stretch
