Old Navy striped dress

Cute olive and white dress from Old Navy (sz L). Tie around the waist with cap sleeves. There is one small hole on the left sleeve (see pictures). I've worn this dress multiple times and no one has noticed. Waist is 14", bust is 15", and skirt is 21".
