Old Navy white ruffled button up shirt, size XXL, NWT

This is an Old Navy white button up shirt with a ruffled collar and ruffles down the front alongside the buttons. The size is XXL. It is never worn, NWT. It does have two small marks that look like they’re from a pencil (as pictured), but they look like they will come out when properly washed. It has long sleeves with one button on each cuff.
