Old Navy white skirt with Navy embroidery

This is a lined white skirt from Old Navy with Navy patterned trim embroidered 4 inches around the bottom. Elastic waist is 3 inches and skirt is fully lined. There is one small black spec on lining of skirt (see closeup pic for details)
