Old Navy women's chambray cami fit and flare cotton dress size M

Old Navy women's dress. Women's size medium. Chambray dress with a light blue wash. Cami style top with spaghetti straps that are adjustable. Elastic on the sides of the bodice, and it zips up the back and clasps at the top. Skirt flares out - fit & flare style. Dress is not lined. 100% Cotton. Only worn once or twice, still looks great! But please note that there are some spots down by the bottom hem, some yellowish, some white. I think they came from the dyeing process because the dress was like that when I bought it. It almost looks like bleach stains (not quite that pronounced) but I never used bleach and I bought this dress new. Please see close-up photo. Comes from a smoke-free home.
