Old Navy wool blend hooded toggle closure coat L

Gorgeous recycled wool blend hooded coat from Old Navy. Full zip front with red toggle closures. Contrast red tartan plaid accents. Front pockets. Size L. There is a white mark on the back of a sleeve, see pic. There are also some faint faded red discolorations, see pics. I suspect that the red plaid fabric was wet at some point and it bled onto the wool. Dry clean only. Measurements in pictures. Any questions, please comment.
