Old Navy wrap top with pouf sleeves

NWT New navy blue Old Navy wrap top. Has short billowy sleeves with elastic at the bottom. The wrap tie is very long so top can be tied in the front, as shown, or in the back, also as shown. I don’t like how I look in wrap tops and should never have bought it. It was an Impulse Purchase. Never worn, so no holes or pulls etc. Fabric has sheer lines in it that really increase the possibility of dressing up or down.
