This is a beautiful Old Pawn Native American coral and sterling silver ring that features an oval head with oxblood coral cabochons in sawtooth bezel setting. One oval stone in the center is surrounded by 6 teardrop coral stones, in needlepoint design. Typical for Old Pawn sterling silver jewelry, this ring is not marked, but tests positive via magnet for sterling silver. The coral setting measures 3 cm from top to bottom and 2 cm at the widest point. Seen through a jeweler's loupe, the coral stones exhibit slight grain lines (as in wood), which indicate genuine Japanese coral. This ring is a true collector's item.
