Old navy colorful dress

Grey, scoop/pleated neck, polyester dress with hot pink, purple, turquoise, orange & yellow floral. The belt & shoulder straps are ribbon material & other side is a soft suede-like material-has a lil scuf & edge of belt (see pics). Laying flat PTP is 17 1/2 then under the stitch goes out 18 1/2 inches then out to 25 inches the rest of dress. inches & dress length is 31 inches(not including straps) . Material does not stretch. Not a form fitting dress. Love this 😍 NWT
