Old navy puff sleeve cotton blend dress with embroidered flowers and pockets

Good condition, black old navy peasant dress with puffed sleeves and pockets. Small embroidered flowers/starbursts, tiered skirt, gathered neckline. This is labeled medium but fits more like a large. For reference, I’m 5,1” and wore it when I was a size 10/12 Lightweight cotton blend that’s for summer!
