Oleg Cassini black tie bustier top with matching formal long skirt. Bustier top has boning for shaping, and and an inner strap for perfect waist fit. Waist is approximately 31 inches, see pictures. Long straight skirt has high slit in front with zippered back and hook and eye closure. The skirt measures 44 inches from top of waistband to floor. Slight pull at top of slit, but not noticeable enough to show up in pictures.
