This is the best, most comfortable dress ever made! The fully smocked top is stretchy and accommodates the chest and waist very well- I included the measurements of the waist in the pictures which at rest is 12 but stretches up to 17 . The dress is fully lined, and the maxi length means it's flowy and breezy. A great summer and warm weather dress. I've only worn it a handful of times but ready to rotate to something new.
