Olivacious blouse with Leather sleeve detail

Olivaceous blouse with white leather stripes on sleeve. Looks great paired with jeans or a skirt - tucked in or worn loose. Easy to dress up or down. The fabric itself is light & flowy and feels rich. Size small. It’s in great condition. Rarely worn. But the leather on one of shoulders is starting to crack from sitting in a closet too long. Not sure if this is something that can be repaired?
