Olivacious cropped choker/cold shoulder top

Fully lined tie dye inspired crop top. Exaggerated cold shoulder with flowing sleeves and body of top. Top meets at the neck in a choker fashion than descends down the back in an open strappy fashion. This top is so fun with the blue being a perfect contrast to the bright white.
