Olive Floral Printed Skirt

One of the greatest tragedies of my life is not being able to squeeze my hips into this skirt. There is no tag, so I’m not sure the brand or size. Seems to be for about a 24 waist or 0 according to measurements. Waist 12” (when flat) Length 17.5” Someone buy her and live the graphic tee/felt hat/bootie life I had dreamed of for her.
