@wanda_ricketts it has a stretch waistband as well as off the shoulder “band” or neckline. it’s very very flowy but because the waistband stretched it can cinch the waist!

@wanda_ricketts i think it could stretch to fit but the length might be an issue! i’m close to 5’8 and it’s a bit short on me. if you’re not worried about length though, maybe!
