knashay @agnesmaczka hi again! I'm so sorry for the delay! It does have a slight stretch. Laying flat armpit to armpit is approx 16", waist is approx 15" and length is approx 36" from neckline to outlayer lace hem. If you have any other questions please let me know!

knashay @agnesmaczka so I just added a photo of the one time I wore this for you. I'm between a 34A and a very small B and it was definitely big in the chest for me as you can see in the photo. Honestly I could have worn a size small but they didn't have one when I purchased and loved the dress too much to pass it up. I don't think it looked the best on me but it's stunning! (I'm about 114 lbs 5'5)
